M-IT Consulting & Services uses your enquiry details to respond and discuss the services you requested.

Information collected

Your name, email, optional company and phone number, selected service and project description. We record submission times and a hashed network identifier to limit spam and protect inbox access.

How information is used

Enquiries are stored in our hosted database and accessed through a password-protected inbox. When notifications are enabled, enquiry details are also delivered to our business mailbox using an email delivery provider. Hosting and email providers may process information outside South Africa.

Your choices

Submitting the form allows us to respond to your enquiry. You are not subscribed to marketing. Do not include passwords or confidential documents.

Access and deletion

To request access, correction or deletion, call +27 60 913 0706. We review stored enquiries and remove records when no longer needed for their original purpose.
